Three words that combine to form the “future”, but in our case are also the combined skills of our past and present.
We saw that a “Recruitment specialist” meant focus, and not true expertise. We saw that our ex-colleagues were losing faith in the value a recruitment service should bring, regardless if they were searching for talent, or looking for their next career move.

This is why we created “Talent” – we want to provide confidence to the Insurance & Legal sectors and their talented HR & IT people that they can work with a competent and credible recruitment partner that enables business success.

Meet The Founders

Jas has over 17 years of demonstrable HR delivery across the entire people agenda most recently within the Insurance industry as a HR Director at JLT Group plc. Regarded by peers and client groups, as “…a pragmatic businessman with a HR-hat on”, he has developed solid HR networks and a deep understanding of the corporate HR landscape. A Fellow of the CIPD, he is an ongoing advocate of diversity and inclusion within the industry and a keen speaker at various events.

An information technologist at heart, Gurp studied computer science before going on to form a 10 year + career across a spectrum of global infrastructure support & design roles, predominantly in the Legal Sector for “Magic Circle” firms such as Linklaters and Herbert Smith. Entrepreneurial spirit, a commercial mindset and a desire for continual improvement led to a successful transformation to a recruitment business owner. He has a keen interest in digitisation and how technology can help better both the candidate and client recruitment experience.
